I've been on a bit of a blogging hiatus (were you tired of looking at Easter eggs?) -  but now i'm back!  I will do some back-dated posts soon to get caught up.  We've been very busy doing some traveling, working like crazy and spending time on home improvement projects.   We were in limbo land for so long with the adoption that we haven't done much to the house in the last five years.  So it's been nice to work on the house again.  We had laminate wood flooring installed, and also redecorated our master bedroom.

The next project is my art studio!  We are turning the bedroom that was going to be our daughters into my art studio.  A room where I can make a mess art journaling, scrapbooking, sewing, or just hang out writing, reading, or listening to music.  I am so excited about the room.  I ordered this Gorjuss picture to hang in the studio.  I want the studio to be filled with things I love, and I absolutely love Suzanne's art work.  She is amazing! We're putting the finishing touches on some of our home improvement projects and then I'll post pictures.
